Rabbit R1’s first batch of 10,000 units was sold on the same day of launch. They have sold 3 more batches of 10,000 units each after the first one. The 5th batch of 10,000 devices has also sold out, and pre-orders for the 6th batch of 50,000 devices are now available. The expected delivery date for the 6th batch is June – July 2024. Rabbit has also announced a partnership with Perplexity, offering real-time answers to Rabbit R1 without the need for a subscription.

Rabbit R1 Cancellation & Return Policy
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel “Pre-Sale Purchases” and “Pre-Orders” within 14 days of placing the order. Contact support@rabbit.tech for cancellation. After the Cancellation Period, sales are final.
Returns for Defective Products: If a product is broken, defective, or missing within 14 days of delivery, contact support@rabbit.tech for a return authorization. Return in original packaging. Provide proof of purchase. We cover U.S. domestic shipping costs.
Refunds/Replacements: Once we receive the returned item and confirm eligibility, a replacement or refund will be processed within 10 business days.
